Well, I don't blame astro for holding exclusive rights to certain content coz most of the time, those exclusive rights are sometimes given to one major bidder only..for example, the English Premier League held an auction for the rights to show their games and in the end it was between astro and TM..astro won coz the Premier League got more money from astro than what TM was offering..now unless local TV operators want to share the rights, it's basically goes back to the content provider to pick what proposal is the best for them.. EPL is understandable because they're bidding it. But channels like Discovery, NGC, AXN, Star World & so on are not meant to be exclusive.

I came to conclusion people working in Astro are either incompetent idiots or scam artist.
Astro grossly overcharged me in my latest invoice. Called up 3 times to explain and every time they agreed it was their mistake to overcharge but they never give me any rebate. May be I have to go to Small Claim Court to get at Astro and call press people to come witness what sort of arrogant b*&^% they are.

Log in to cfm.org or KDN consumers portal and lodge ur complaint and within 3 days u wl get a reply. If they overchage you then they should make the necessary adjustment to your bill. p/s: by rebate means 'credit the 'extra' charges back into your account right?

If you REALLY complain, can be next day. You can't blame them, they are after all in the "cable" TV business so pulling cable is to be expected. Just got my B.yond yesterday & I'm lovin' it!!!! Anyway, all the HD channel numbers are quite alien to me. Need sometime for me to get them into my system. So I added them as favorite channels, thinking that I can navigate faster. Check on the manual, nothing mentioned about recalling the favs. Can teach me how? Or you guys have better ways for easy & fast channel switching?

hi guys, currently i have the second decoder 50% off thingy, the thing is i wanna upgrade one of the decoder to beyond, so will the 50% off for second decoder will still remain? or i have to upgrade both of it aswell?
