It's obviously one of those telemarketing folks. Nothing to complain lah.

The only down side about beyond to me now is the lack of subtitles for show on HBO HD and StarMovie HD.

Has anyone complained/talked about this with astro?

just upgraded to Astro beyond and after 4 days .. my Sony CRT 34" picture shrink liao ... . Have to sent for repair tomorrow ... I has a sad

Do you receive call from Astro to "confirm" that you can receive Astro services without any distruption??

I have received the same type of call two times already...

yes. agreed. to enjoy Astro B.yond HD in its full glory, get at least 40" LCD-LED TV.

I have a good enough shape already 35-27-36. Still saving to buy a nice Ship to sail once I'm retired though

It's harmless lah. This is the intarweb, so we all have to expect there are douches everywhere. Not that I'm saying Jalsrix is a douche but what I'm saying is that I don't really pay much attention to all teh negativity. That is why I only commented positively and constructively.

What I understand is, lots of people here, like pokemon, and Jals, have this love-hate relationship with Astro. They love it so much and yet they also hate Astro. Kinda like my neighbour back in my Kampung, Pakcik Muthu and Makcik Selvi. Every morning at 6AM, can here he and his wife shouting at each other ever since they moved in when I was about 10-yr old.

Last Month, while I'm back in Kedah, they are still shouting at each other in the morning but I'm surprised to see they are blesed with 8 kids already with their eldest just got into a Uni in Australia! Talk about love-hate relationship, that is teh best example I can give.

Yesterday survey at Courts Mammoth and the staff said not good to buy LED LCD TV to use with Astro ..

This is the beauty of malaysia which many dont appreciate, and value .End of the day we live like a family though we hv indifferences, to me this is wat Satu msia should be all about.

Is it because of PQ on SD channel or for B.yond?

if u ask me, get a full HD LCD/LED tv. then upgrade to Astro B.yond.
then buy a Bluray player.
