Lapaq.. I think you should take the credit when due for helping those astro victims here... Shouldn't be thanking Astro since the issue is created by them and it is their responsible to ensure no such inconvenience to their customers.

True enough, what I meant was to thank the specific Astro staff who are helping us here as well as the one calling the people in trouble in this forum. Those Installers who are creating most of the problem here won't definitely get any thank from me.

I was watching a show on CI the other day and at the end of the credits its said "produced for CI HD Asia".

Does anyone know where CI HD is broadcast in Asia? Fingers crossed its in the pipeline for us! One of my most watched channels, and the metro pack (?) doesn't have an HD channel yet.

i received few calls for astro rep .

They trying hard to solve my problem

System already activated by this evening by my screen still blank..I can change channel number but nothing on screen. But when I removed the smart card , i can hear the sound from the channel stated

My friend in working in astro said they have president=ceo, senior vice president=director, vice president=head, assistant vice president=manager. Maybe lapaq is one of them meh

If he is customer service head, he should resign bcos most of us know customer service in astro SUCKS !

I complained about those FIXED subtitles in channels such as AXN, Discovery channel etc since 2006 which obscure the viewing screen.

Until today, nothing is done to remove it into closed caption.
