To be fair, lapaq seems to be a nice bloke and has helped quite a few people out. Perhaps Astro should just stop hiring not-so highly trained monkeys to run their technical department. laugh.gif

By the way, are there any complaint forms receive by Astro customer service, and most importantly, do they ever ACT on it.

I remember last year, I went to astro office in bukit jalil. Lo and behold, I met this angry customer...

He complained about how poor Astro service is, how the manager don't reply to his phone calls etc after numerous complaints made.

My humble opinion we dont care who is the person as long he delivers good for the people and people are happy HE deserves our respect,our country lacks these kind of people,so keep up the good work. so frustrated.. my Astro B.yond can only be installed after CNY.
submitted my application on last 20th Jan.. damn frustrated rite now.

I received few letters from Astro quering if I want to upgrade to B'yond or not but choose to ignore it. 2 days ago the Astro customer service call me and ask me to upgrade top B'yond. I told her that i will do so when all your channels are upgraded to full HD or else what for paying RM20 for only few channels viewing in HD.
