Done that many time before with other satellite decoders. When not functioning properly, PHYSICALLY pull the plug and reboot. After all, these are still gadget running on software just like computer. |

If talking about step to take, this is what I will do:
1. Pull the plug and do a cold boot. And that includes the remote control unit. 2. Check the battery. 3. Call Astro because doing more may void the warranty. This post has been edited by Optiplex330: Jan 19 2011, 12:49 PM |

Switch off/remove plug of the decoder 3. Switch off the TV AND anything connected to it AND then switch all appliances on back Hope this will solve the problem.. |

how much total amount I have to pay? total = RM199(activation fee) + RMxxx (depending on package I chose) what else? deposit how much? PVR how much - this is optional rite? |

i got problem
with the decoder if i just left it standby the next morning it say something like D or 0 need to turn off plug and on it again .then the decoder shows time again |

so..how can i solve my problem beside turn off/on the plug
quite annoying sometimes when watching also,it suddenly stuck but this one rarely happen so don't care much bout it but the decoder problem is always happen btw sorry for my bad english |
