How do you guys go directly to developer to ask for the lowest price and packages? Just call or walk in to their office or showroom, etc.?

Mcity has 3 blocks (phase) but i think due to all blocks are linked via hanging garden and common area, they have no choice but to vp all in one go.

if what u said is true, that is good news. The longer the merrier.

MS wont willingly to pay you LAD one, maybe they will VP without facilities, water, electricity.

When you get the keys you can still see construction going on, workers roaming around, cranes moving around.

Nowadays most of developers (even reputable or/and public listed) give you VP without works fully completed. As long as architect willing to certify.

if all 3 towers VP one shot with more than 1.5k units, sibeh huat liao for those looking for cheap rental near d city.. 1.3k Partly furnished?

Hanging garden got some issues but being resolved now.

What do u like about Setia Sky Residences ? I thought the sky deck on 35 floor with infinity pool and twin tower view are is very impressive ? It looks like the best view of twin towers and KL tower of any condominium.

Exactly. They will probably minimise the LAD by rushing works to deliver VP without common facilities fully completed.
