But I question them, because AP still pending, technically no other banks can empanel this as their EF project at this stage, so no details of the financing scheme can be confirmed. Although MS is 1st tier, there's still possibility that it may not be the case.

Go and have a detail look at the concept and show house. Thay really beautiful. I particularly like the lower floor of 910 duplex facing the lagoon. Though it comes with a premium but it is worth it. With RM30k early bird discount and DIBS, I think it is worth trying particularly duplex which are quite new concept. Anyone interested, pls pm me asap. Cheers

Just came back from MS Sales office at ICON. Situation is crazy. Still BBB. Most of the good units especially the duplex have been sapued. Price has increased by RM80k. Agreed with Odieboy that the show unit is nice. The lagoon and the gardens are also superb. Anyone want to let go their unit? Prefer mid floor 910sf facing the Ampang Hilir lake. Let me know. Tq
