Hmm .. retail component is interesting here!

My money's on them tho, just from the sheer lack of real competition and similar concept in jalan ampang, heck even great eastern mall is getting some good traffic despite its sub-parish outlook, proves how much this nicely matured area needs a good o boost.

But as a taikor pointed out before, the bridge (flyover) mrr2 just right in the face of mcity might prove to be of some hindrance to retails, so lets see.

And my money is always on mah sing moving "upstream" to tun razak icon instead of either icon city or mcity.

Properganda, have you any idea what is the volume of 500sf residential units in this project? and what about the 800sf residentials?

Thats y if u wanna join the hoohah you need to find a niche for yourself.

As one as loser in mah siao properties, I've "advised" most owners to dump these properties since 2015 (look at my thread), and all I got was harsh reply from kiasu and kiasi owners who defending their investments like h-e-ll.

MS is the worst top 10 developers. Now they're going for glove-making, lol.

They're not serious in building homes, just a crook who wants to squeeze $$$ out from every possible ways.

MS started out as a plastic trading company in the 60s, the saw the property boom and jumped on the bandwagon in the 90s and they emphasized all resources in properties since 2000s, now they realized it's a gloom in property but money in whatever areas fighting against covid-19, they again jumped on it.
