Attracted more than 10 bidders fight just now.
Each bid 5K increment.
Sold at 995K.
Higher than last month reserve price and also 2 months ago reserve price.
So why wait until price drop to 6th round reauction?
Plus double transfer process.
Good catch?

Jalan ampang property keeping appear at lelong market. Surrounded within 1km radius ya. Astoria ampang, arte plus, mcity. Jalan ampang coming soon astrum ampang 6k unit. So if ready like the property and ownstay sound OK lah. But investment very high risk.

The only real draw is for people who “want” to be close to KLCC. Apart from that I don’t see the appeal.

The question is that when a given plot becomes so high dense, does it then become a slum? Ampang is an ok area but the only real location that escapes reproach for density is MK. Future hotbeds of density in KV like Cheras or OKR/Kuchai will be interesting to note.

Big size unit 1804sqft.
From 893K. 7th round auction.

Sold at 1.01M. Wow.
