Wouldnt be surprised if the buyers at this stage also wont get sufficient rental or capital gains.
But the property is probably a top tier property, must be a nice place to stay, near to the city. However with arte coming in end of the year, and another 2000 units coming from artoris and reizz in the next 3 years. Rental is probably going to be a challenge for the next 5 years. |

If ur talking about somewhere around 500 persqft, it is certainly worth a shot. If ur willing to stay there if things dont turn out.
Cheaper than pj for a top tier property. The elements is already at the low 400persqft at auction. If im not wrong 1st phase was around 800persqft after discounts |
