Got SA promoting but not sure is true or is a scam.

I see. Pass by M-CIty seems to be a completed project. Didnt see any constructions still going on. Or Block 3 is located elsewhere?

propose is an easy word to use to market the project. I know agents must have stated the station at Ampang Point right? same Elements, Astoria, Arte+ agents all saying the same thing. but try asking them any black and white document or news? tarak blh pakai. Mana ada LRT/MRT my friend.

Risk you have to take because you won't know what is the condition inside. For flat maybe ppl will break inside if no one staying as there is no security.

If the unit is vacant, the owner won't be bother about the property already. only if the owner staying and you need to chase out, then still possible owner will remove everything lights fans sinks etc everything and damaging the units while doing so. haha.

3 active units of M City in auction market at the moment. Ranging from studio to duplex and to the bigger size unit.
The Elements also got few units there. All units can wait for price drop further next few months only worth to try. Standby perfect loan profile and cash first to those interest. tongue.gif

Bottom unit got sold at reserve price single bidder.
Top unit nil bidder all the way. now reserve price is at 707k. drool.gif

depending on bank. another round can be in 2 weeks time, 1 month time or even up to 3-6 months time.
