Well it is cheap.... that is why it is suitable to be made as practice equipment

yep so true I mean the FF body with cheapo lens wouldn't be a good combo like what Kai done test on his one of the video

lol relax what counts is the picture you taken... not the equipment.... I always wonder how the heck that old pictures look stunning even compare to now modern technology.

Believe me, just stop comparing and more snapping picture soon you'll see that having the cheapest and can produce better image is even better. Somehow to me, I feel that my picture are not worthy of equipment upgrade .... more to knowledge upgrade.... I will upgrade when people I called sifu/master acknowledge my work before then I think I'm going to stick to this setup


P/S: eventhough I have zoom lens.... I seldom use it even for landscape... I don't know why but I feel that zoom is for group picture and yeah just like you I'm using nifty fifty as my primary lens

If I'd be you since you already have kit lens... then why not invest in portrait lens? like 50mm ii f1.8? Kit lens for the other reason and nifty fifty is for portrait with your own family. Though maybe if you need for casual or let say a gig or a concert... you might want to add 55-250mm in your wishlist. For a better focal length where it needed to be zoom far away.

now... since you have flashgun maybe invest in some for wireless trigger flash? it is a cool thing to have a family portrait with it.

Lol, thats why you need to familiarize yourself with landscape photography. It will come in handy when you doing the shots from the example on the outdoor I'm trying to familiarize myself... later maybe I can do the same thing as my idolize photographer too

so true.... people only talk about gears but only few talks about technique of photography
