@fruitie somehow to me the dof is too thin, seems to be be barely an inch, too much of the tofu is out of the dof in my opinion.

I would get the 16-35 for it having more practical use, the fisheye is a specific lens and when overused it will look boring. Unless you get both

By the way, about the recovery freeware I used, it is called Recuva. http://www.piriform.com/recuva I suggest each of you install a copy in your PC, you wouldn't know when this kind of things will hit on you. It's free and I can say 90% of your files will be recovered. |

Unless you get both Hmm yeah what you said is true. The 16-35 is more practical. But it's about RM2.5k more then the fisheye. By the way, I noticed that you're selling your 1D. Upgrading? guys im no pro in taking pics, still learning slowly..
but i wanted to ask something.. taking pics in lowlight handheld.. i mean when i walk to some night events, and most of the time,i dont want to use the flash..kills the mood in a way.. so, i mostly use high ISO but my current gear only can boost up to 1600 iso speed..and i mostly use high shutter speed around 1/100 to reduce the blurry pics.. so i just wanted to ask some sifus here,is there any other way? btw, im using canon 1000D.. Added on November 18, 2010, 7:37 amowh ya i forgot to add, usually during night moments, i use the 50mm 1.8 so that i could gather more light and possibly faster focusing is there any comments or any suggestions of what lens i should use during dim low light conditions? thanks guys This post has been edited by Tony Stark: Nov 18 2010, 07:37 AM |

Good morning,
I need to ask how to use 2 functions on my 550D. 1. Depth of field preview button below the flash button in front of the camera body. 2. How to use the * button and AE lock? What does it do? I tried reading the manual but dont understand it. Anyone can teach? This post has been edited by merchant9: Nov 18 2010, 09:21 AM |
