i think random read/write figures are more important for NITdroid or any other OS.

but 22MB/s/17MB/s sequential read/write speed does make it a class 17 at least (because class 10 supposed to be 10MB/s sequential write minimum)

Yeah.I think so too.Still waiting for NITDroid v 0.0.9 release so I can test the theory.
I repeated the test few times with 3 program.Almost similar result.

I'm using my 8GB microSD.Just I got few pm asking me whether I want to bulk for 16GB version.If there is demand maybe I'll start another bulk.

U need to change script to match yr device (/dev/xxx and mount point need to create mannualy). Once success try copy/delete/mkdir/rmdir to your new usb mounted.

the lag i experience in NITdroid 0.0.8 seems more like read i/o related lags, not raw processing speed (Mhz) related lags.

if i am not mistaken some old 2GB microsd cards without class ratings did have some excellent random r/w speed, but poor sequential speed.

this is the exact same thing microsoft is talking about, the micro sds that are compatible with their windows phone 7.

thats why they say class 10 microsd does not mean its compatible with windows phone 7.

what it needs is adequate random r/w speed and not just blazing fast sequential r/w speed.

Omg my n900 went into reboot loop... after 5th restart after updating to v46. suggestion pls.

In case you’re stuck under reboot loop after installing kernel power v45/46 use the following command to flash your phone.I’m assuming you’re following the frontpage method of flashing so I’ll be using R.bin as image name.
