any1 can acess the application manager?
my log file show :
E:Could not open lock file /vir/lib/apt/;ists.new/lock -open(2 No such file or directory)
E:Unable to lock the list directory

how to solve this problm?

for those who hv this problm pls follow the steps:

open xterm
1. sudo gainroot
2.mkdir -p /var/lib/apt/lists/partial
3.chmod 755 /var/lib/apt/lists && chmod 755 /var/lib/apt/lists/partial

is work for me.

looking for libsdl-net1.2  , nova cant be installed without it. ihav the nova in deb format. pm me if u wan the link for all game in deb.
found it, juz need to do apt-get install libsdl-net1.2 in xterm

nova can be played online=)

Where did you get those Hero of Sparta & NOVA and all that games. And it's debian files. Where did you get it?
It's super fun though no multitouch is a little annoying but it's extremely fun
Tell me where you get or how you make it into deb from perhaps ipk(I think).

meli changed to 4shared now. he's no longer using dropbox. anyway, anyone can answer me regarding the debian files. how did you guys get the debian files for those super awesome games. i have them but i wanna know how come got deb file when the dev didn't release maemo version.

can u type in xterm

ls -al /home/user/applications/com.gameloft.app.asphalt5/Asphalt5/data.sav

if data.sav exist then type

chmod 777 /home/user/applications/com.gameloft.app.asphalt5/Asphalt5/data.sav

if not exist create it manually then
chmod 777 /home/user/applications/com.gameloft.app.asphalt5/Asphalt5/data.sav

cant find ... theres no data.sav ...

data.sv is folder? i created but still not working...

chmod 777 /home/user/applications/com.gameloft.app.asphalt5/Asphalt5/data.sav
chown -R user:users /home/user/applications/com.gameloft.app.asphalt5/Asphalt5
