Yes you need to use kernel power v45.The h-e-n team have opted to use v44/v45 as their testing kernel.Further improvement will be made to kernel power to enhance the h-e-n functions.

Run terminal
Type "sudo rm -vf /var/lib/apt/lists/*"
Run fapman again & see if still have same error.

Then type "rm -vf /var/lib/apt/lists/*"

Type in terminal without " "

I copied sudoers file to my computer yesterday.Plan to enable root access to all operation.

gain root by typing " sudo gainroot "

Then type "rm -vf /var/lib/apt/lists/*"

then u wont get the funny report =)
