I have been told there's an alarm system that triggers, notifies you, you check the cctv through your phone and you can shout into the phone. never seen this but my contractor did briefly mention it

Can, jz connect loud speaker to ur DVR.

Any recommendations for Paradox seller & installer ?.

Putting motion sensor in the ceiling got pro and cons.
Cons is if got musang playing in the roof, get be annoying

Ee automation? But some people here say no good wor

May be their competitors try to sabotage. My shop was having some electrical problems and my electrician spent hours couldn't solve it, and luckily ee technicians came to add on some sensors. They helped me to settle it for free. I would say they are very knowledgeable and skillful. That time we were printing large quantities of banners, if not we would have to pay compensation to the developer client.

This happens to all industries. Just rang a Mattress vendor and asked for Dreamland Freshguard Miracoil. The vendor told me there're many sellers in the forum trying to sabotage his brands. Haters talk bad things about him. Anyways, he explained well over the phone, and i will pay him a visit this afternoon and see how it goes.

I back them up with my real life experience. My wireman go to hong kong for vacation. My carpenter is rushing to install the cabinets due to they have other jobs to do, so .... EE is the one who help me with wire installation. They don't charge me a single cent. Because we build the relationship. I just buy lunch and drink for the technicians.

I have some problems with my Paradox alarm, but no longer able to locate my previous installer, thus I am looking for a reliable person to assist.

I did not engage them. Nor did I enquire. I chose Bluguard instead

I actually contacted one of the company mentioned here but their response is lukewarm- answer message slow, have to remind them to give quote and after give quote, they didn’t even call or check if I’m interested. maybe too much business already hehe

I think for me I care more on the installer professionalism more than brand.

Most alarm seems to have similar functions. Depending on your home, the package would be setup to match it's need. Standard functions like door magnetic sensor, vibration sensor and etc is pretty standard all around. So for me it goes back to professionalism of the installer.... I've personally can't stand contractors that gives lukewarm response as if we are rubbish. So I would recommend avoid such companies

Agreed. Avoid contractor or supplier who doesn’t show interest in getting your job done. Getting quotation is the very 1st stage, imagine how’s their response will be during the course of work. Choose wisely.

i plan to lay the wiring concealed in wall and ceiling and buy the system and sensors later.

Must use Full Copper Alarm Cable. If got budget, get Tinned Full Copper, more expensive la..
I recommend Fajar Brand.
