S&P stated 1st floor family hall & 4 rooms also 1 x 1 porcelain tiles.

Ground floor living hall till dry kitchen 1.5 x 1.5

I had log a official complian to Acmar. They say will talk to project manager.

I'm afraid that they ask me back where is the proof..

This is sample of the 1 x 1 tiles from the site.

It's confirmed they use ceramic tiles.

I had ask some shop. This tiles already ex stock selling at RM1.80 for clearance and the problem is if one of this tiles broken, you may face problem to replace it.

I'm not the lawyer. I also want joint with you all to fila a complain. I think you may need to go Tribunal to file a complain first before go to court.

Yes, I did receive SMS as well. I think any complain have to wait when we all get the key & get RA to go to tribunal.

I did complain to Acmar, but they always no feedback. Always say the management will have meeting with main contractor.

Did you guys log a complain?!

If we don't sign the letter then we cannot get the key lor? Then what should we do leh?

Anyone who had contact of existing RA? Can we ask them for help?

Phase 5 near to end finishing. Thanks god they didn't abandon this phase.
I also find some defect here and there but just a minor one. Hope fully no new defect after move in future time.

They already have RA.

Now the security provided by developer. Maybe their contract not yet expired.

We shall get more information from RA..

Almost done and I had just paid RM420 to them for Syabas & TNB deposit account.

Maybe can collect key within 2 month from now.

Yes, most of us are first time home buyer and try to find a good house.

But does it mean they can cheat us like that?

I hope we are here to provide a healthy communication, help people to understand and also give them a good information so we know what is the next step to do when facing a problem from buying Tmn Putra Impiana house.

Phase 1-2 should be good because no one willing to sell when I try to search for sub sales house before I decided to buy phase 5.

That time Phase 3A just left corner house.

I believe the committee already been setup but they don't communicate in here. I think whoever already stay in the Taman, please help us to talk the RA how we can communicate more efficiently.

I prefer they use forum like this or setup Facebook group for residence discussion.
