nope.. their expected completion was on Dec 2011... until today, still not yet do the fencing.. is more than 12months d..
you bought the phase 6?? how much you bought it 690k (during soft launch) or 830k (sales agent)??

yalo, there are around 4rows facing north and south is almost sold out, the another 2 east and west still got many available as i asked last two weeks. 

Anyone know who is the contractor for Phase 6?

Dear Friends here, as conclusion , it is really not advisable to buy a unit here? Actually I thinking to get a unit for phase 6. But after I read through all the members comments here, it is really reluctant to rely on this usahasama Utama developer!!

phase 6 must be better, cos it almost double the price of phase 5...but not to think negatively, show unit will give u the best quality...isnt it?

I suggest all stay in TPI ,Change main water abs piping supply to tangki. Change abs to pvc class 6 or 7,
Vendor given us low grade abs pipe 30 percentage break  if u unlucky yr whole house damage.
Phase 2, 3 n 4  already facing this problem.

Hi All Owners,
did u received all the developer claims? I didn't received any of their letter since NOV 2012 (internal and external plastering) !!
I call bank today, the bank said that already release all the payment. But I also didn't received any letters.
Till now I have yet to take vacant possession !  I also call the developer for the CF thing, they emailed me the letter from Majlis Perbandaran Sepang to B-Lee Architect , stated below:

".....100unit rumah teres 2 tingkat jenis RT3B (FASA 5) - Taman Putra Impiana ... telah dibina mengikut pelan No ....yang telah diluluskan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Sepang pada 24 APRIL 2013 didapati layak diduduki sebagaimana diperakui dalam Borang E No :1832  (25 Feb 2013) oleh Akitek / Jurutera.

In this case the approval date is Feb or Apr ?  I sign agreement on 1 APR 2011, do I entitle LAD ?

My house many defects, keep on calling the Mr Ong (so-called Project Mgr) but always not in office.. so far no one reply me abt the defects list I sent.

I got bad experience before. The developer contractor took more than 2 mths to rectify it. Still got plenty of defect surface out later. My whole 1st floor plaster ceiling almost collapse due to water pipe broken.. Even before Syabas connected water supply. The contractor just connect and let the valve open and not even check the water piping. When I check my unit one week later. Meter reading as at 16 m3! Stupid contractor.!!!!!!!
