Whose know when the Taman Putra Impiana Phase 3 can get CF/ key? I was sign the S&P since April 2008, it's was delayed almost 1.5 years base on S&P agreement (24mths). Please share the procedue for the late delivery claim. Thanks

October 2011? I think is impossible? I just go to the field by last week, the house yet install the window and also the electric & water. As i know we only able to get the CF / Key within 3-6 months after house completed.

Besides that, anyone can share the procedure of claim late delivery (LAD)? Any owerner for Phase 1 & 2 had success claim the late delivery from ACMAR? Please share.

Please be informed that, recently ACMAR was requested owner to sign the letter which issued by SYABAS and stated the delayed of TAMAN PUTRA IMPIANA phase 3 is due to developer instead of SYABAS. I think this letter is to protect SYABAS themself. Please go to ACMAR office (KLANG) or field office to sign the letter in order SYABAS able to install the water at TAMAN PUTRA IMPIANA phase 3.

Yesterday I just go to the field, all the house was installed the electric except the last 2 blocks. So, i think recently they are pending of installation from SYABAS. In order to expedite the progress, please immeditely go to AMCAR office or field office to sign the letter. Thanks

just got the right reason for signing this form.
I have done it last week.
please do so phase 3 owners!!!!
please be informed the letter can be signed at taman putra impiana site office as well.
please request through email / fax if unable to walk in.
please expedite to avoid any further delays

Hi all. I'm phase 5 purchaser. Recently, developer called and ask to sign another copy of S&P. The reason given is this copy is for state government.
Any phase 5 purchaser receive such call from developer?

I also received call from the developer to sign a new S & P together with Deed of Revocation, but I think we must read carefully about the deed of revocation before we sign, if can, please contect me 016-5027950

Does anyone face problem letter of consent could not issued by land office ?

The developer said must sign second snp only could provide this s n p to state n then land office could issue the letter of consent ?

Also, do lawyer from bank side had given any of u , the official snp?

My bank lawyer rhb panel delay my snp bcoz of letter of consent ! Does any of u use Rhb bank as panel got tis problem ?

Do anyone can advise me that my case like this will cause late payment to second stage of construction?

do I kena late charges ? Thanks all

Maybe they try to protect themselves to avoid LAD claim. We should NOT sign 2nd S&P if already have stamp duty. It's legal and they must finish their job within period of time stated inside. Signing 2nd S&P will give them extra time to finish it. They should only photostat the original one instead signing the new one.

I think we must call the developer lawyer to ask for this, cant only listen to Tony. I think they may want to delay the project so ask us to sign the 2nd SnP. They said if we don't sign the 2nd SnP, 2nd phase of construction cannot start...

Then ask his lawyer coordinate with your own lawyer who handle your case. Then let your lawyer explain to you will be better. Hakim Arabi not on our side! Better trust our own lawyer..

I really doubt with the 2nd SnP. Never heard about 2nd SnP!!!!! We must work together to follow up on this issue, in order no excuse for them to delay the project.

sound fishy... Anyway, as I said, the one with stamp duty paid is legal and no need additional signing.

Call your lawyer before you do anything...not their lawyer! Let your lawyer talk to them...
