The gave me the same offer as well, can we go to tribunal and get this sorted out or go to the courts? We have to be mindful that if we proceed legally the legal chargers will apply or unless the court rules that the cost of legal fees shall be bourn by the devolopers. BTW i rejected the offer!! Why should i take the money THEY OWE ME IN INSTALLMENTS!!!!! for every late payment chargers they charge us bu the date until settlement. Now i beleive that they should pay us the money on a daily calculation basis untill full settlement!
