hehe.. bro viruz,
Here is some insider info. For MSI, some of the internal parts is decided by the Product Manager. Perhaps that's the reason why MSI-MY asked you guys prefer SSD + HDD or a bigger SSD. But once it's picked, no changes can be made. So want or don't want, you got no choice but to accept the Blu-Ray. hehe.. and the above spec is chosen by MSI Malaysia Product Manager.

That's a bummer sad.gif Optical drives are fast becoming obsolete. Replace the blu-ray with bigger SSD drive perhaps.

Maybe it is due our GT680 has received some feedback that "high-end" model without Blu-Ray. For enthusiast here perhaps we know the usage of Blu-Ray is still rather low. As for me, SSD is always just an OS storage for me and 120GB should be sufficient. Just my point of view. Cheers.

Dear viruz,
Yeah, i did feedback to organizing team that Weekend is preferred but it wasn't possible. Anyway, really hope there's more joining us. The reason we pick it at night is to make it possible for everyone. Cheers.

Man, we need to get things clear about this GTX560m whether it's 2GB RAM or 1.5GB RAM.

Btw, the GT683R will not be showcased during the gathering? =/
