the sp90 is a fixed length . aka prime lens .iinm.

90mm on DX to shoot landscape ? @@

How far can macro lenses zoom? I scared sometimes I wanna shoot landscape that nid zoom...

No one/rarely got people use macro lens to shoot landscape dude. Macro lens is purely for shooting macro OR sometimes portrait. You haven't used a macro lens before, have you?

SP90 focuses quite slow and even shooting macro you need patience... And it cannot zoom in/out, it's a prime lens (Fixed focal length)... doh.gif

Get a standard zoom lens la.
18-xxx

if you wanna zoom + lanscape
or else swap lens lo, lanscape - 18-55, macro - sp90

^ normally for landscapes, i use the wider end of the lens 18mm or so......but 70mm is too narrow for my liking haha

Although it has MACRO in the lens name but it's not a macro lens bro, it's not a 1:1 lens. It's more not normal tele photos rather than MACRO shooting bugs. and it's quite limited for landscape...

On shashinki website the lens same model but price got difference and behind model name got the word (import) what difference is that?
