Depends what you expecting from your keyboard.
If you looking a good keyboard for typing and some gaming, not really need the backlit, expert version BW with MX Blue is good enough.
True, the backlit is better than the letter printing if backlit is used in dark. But if say there is bright enough printing is actually better than backlit and some time will feel the illumination is too dim also. For me, the backlit just a unnecessary gimmick of some company if the user are not really using the keyboard in dark. (the case like purposely turn off the light because keyboard having backlit is exceptional)

If you can find bulking kaki, I will highly recommend the Cherry MX red keyboard. Just awesome and cool,

Based on all those models and except the Filco's leatherette wrist rest which is not bundled with keyboard, 7G is the most idealistic typing keyboard for me because of the palm rest.

i have 3M leather wrist rest. gel fill. i like it a lot. looks high class and super comfortable.
still i like it adjustable, instead of fixed position,i like gel or foam fill (filco & ducky rest) instead of hard plastic.

so i will always go for 6Gv2 instead of 7G

Great palm rest. Any way 7G's palm rest just look cool even though not really as comfort as leatherette palm rest.

personally i love flat profile keys, and the ones on the sidewinder x6 just hits my sweet spot.
however, will prolly be getting a bw / bw ultimate, so hopefully, i'll get use to those keycaps.
