I don't like cherry black keys.
Took me almost a month to get used to the keys then I realized that they were still too hard. IMO better than my old keyboard but can't win a good membrane keyboard at typing. I want cherry browns!!!!!
But Filco got no wristrest and the 7g has a very good wristrest. Typing without the wrist rest ain't comfortable due to the height of the keyboard.
I don't think I need NKRO.
Im wondering how would the non NKRO variant perform. Would I be able to press shift + w +a + r simultaneously or play O2 jam properly?

Well 6kRO via usb is 6 simultaneous key registers.

O2Jam requires 7 o_O;

So after spending that money on a nice keyboard, you discover 1 more key cannot register. So O2Jam won't be so good with such a keyboard.

Your gonna need NKRO for that
Filco does have a armrest. it's a separate leather palm rest which they sell.

It's bound to be more comfortable than the plastic palm rest fitted onto the steelseries :/

My Ducky keyboard i am getting has a palm rest similar like the Filcos.
Anyway Filco, and Ducky NKROs only work when you use usb to ps2 adapter. So your keyboard will connect to your pc via PS2. If your motherboard has no PS2 interface, then your out of luck even if your keyboard supports it.

I personally am interested in BW partly due to its macro even though its a mechanical KB.

I for one hates playing O2Jam and who would want to press ZXC simultaneously anyway. 
it still works around the ASWD cluster, just like all other "gaming" keyboards out there, so no worries.

I'm not saying that NKRO is the must have feature, as there many other things to consider when deciding to get a keyboard. So all the facts are here, so decide for yourself what you would be ok with and at what price range
