well .... that is tricky. But according to Sixty from Geekhack he is gonna make a tool and post a guide how to do it.

I mean, if you tried and like black, leave as is.

But if you wish it was softer to press, then i think you should seriously consider ghetto red which is just changing the spring with custom made ones to get a similar feel as a Cherry mx red but on the cheap.

By the way any chance you got a laptop you could bring ? I think 1 laptop by Quest won't be enough since people are bringing MANY keyboards. So if use 1 laptop to test will take ages haha
