as i know, booking cant be sold.. unless siblings or relatives....any idea?

Yes, you are right..only apply to 3rd property. But for sure some of the buyers or investors already own at least 2 properties and may pull out if need to fork out 30% entrance cost to buy this property.

The AP for the condo is still pending approval due to design changes. But the semidee and link house already got the AP. What is the potential rental and capital appreciation of this condo 3years later when the project VPed. And by that time, maybe the proposed lrt nearby the Submit also completed already if the lrt extension kickoff early next year.

for terrace or condo?

Hi, how is the sales of both terrace and condo? Any update? AP approved, mind tell us what is the changes done to the condo? I heard the link bridge between 2 Blocks not going to be built but to be replaced with roof top garden instead. Is this correct? Mind if you give us some update if you have.

Not sure about the sales ... but so far i heard Block B still got quite a numbers of unit left.

but what i heard is the showroom will be ready by end of Dec / Early of Jan ...
