there is no 15th floor on the first block that was open for sale. i believe it stops at 12. the price was 300k-ish. minus 10%  270k-ish

other than the blocks and building height, there is not much difference. the unit built up size is the same. those 12 people who bought early (for block A, only 12 units of 892sf) are very lucky :-)

After discount is about RM280 psf,

Block B after discount is about RM330 psf ...

Well, i purposely went there last night to 'feel' the jam biggrin.gif
i depart from Kelana Jaya - around 7.30 pm
and reach the actual site around 7.50 pm

I guess the Jam is only when you need to wait for the long waiting period of that 2 traffic light in front Summit USJ & Giant
and USJ 1 i think is quite ok since after pass by Summit Hotel, we will straight turn left and escape from the Jam.

However, i agreed with previous someone's reply,
do go there during peak hour and see you can tolerate the jam or not smile.gif

Here's the link of the actual site:

No offence, but I stay in USJ myself. I dread passing thru USJ1/Summit USJ.

Here are somethings that comes into consideration:-
1) Massive Jam during peak hours (From NKVE & Persekutuan Roundabout Stretch up to Pyramid at times)
2) Flooding at Traffic Light after downpour (Summit USJ)
3) 2 Entries in and 2 Exits
4) ALL USJ1 PROP. ARE LEASEHOLD

Sorry but this is just my opinion.

Hehe, maybe different ppl have their own acceptance on the jam issue la XD
For me i'm quite ok with it, further more my working hours quite flexible since i'm on my own, so should be alright smile.gif

As for the Leasehold ... frankly speaking i don't mind getting a L/H Condo, it make no different for me ... and this one just renew to 99 years ^^

Cheers
