The developer has ceased its real estate development operation/business. The Strata Title is already out. My buyer managed to get the transfer done in 4 months time with the strata title in her name.

Not the buyer to pay liquidator fee but the owner.

The cost falls under the owner as most SPA will require the owner to obtain consent to sell to another buyer. So the owner may rely on purchaser's lawyer to apply or appoint his own to apply. Now that there is a liquidator involved, then there will be cost involved.

Dear Owners

Be careful if you bump into a nasty tenant by the name of Charlie Tsia Guan Hua (NRIC: 821029-12-5519) with mobile number of 012-8298308 or 0128298308.

The tenant defaulted my owner's rent, and harassed me physically when he demanded refund of his deposits after we have recovered the house.

Vulgar words, spitting and coughing at my face with a remark that he is infected with COVID-19 all came to me when we recover the house.

Videos have been taken. Police report has been lodged.
