The signboard located at mamak restaurant suteta damansara. Really frustrated with MPPJ, approved 3 development at Damai. What is after condo and apartment but still no 2nd exit road?

this signboard had been up for few months ago before puasa..till now still no progress on it.. Heard say the project had been stop or cancel d..

As i said before, the land acquisition to build the road will be tough, as those lands are privately owned.

if the gomen really want to do it and need to land, it just will use the land acquisition act, freehold or leasehold land also cannot escape.

You are right on the above.


Earlier, someone mentioned that certain road that link to the Sri Damansara road has been done up. It's just that Sri Damansara Residents Association managed to block the access. Which one is the actual version ?

560k can get one a armanee condo unit , or a 20x65 DST house at saujana damansara nearby within damansara damai.

Between the two, which one would you choose? (own stay, not for rental).
