Any idea whether the Armanee Condo Residents Association / residents have given the feedback to MRT Corp..

Honestly, I haven't heard any news about our committee giving any feedback to MRT.
To the state government and also to protest the new development in Damansara Damai, yes this is done.
But to MRT Corp, I'm not too sure.

Hi All,
I am looking to purchase a unit @ Armanee condominium Block A for home stay, and still in the midst of surveying the environment.
Am close to deciding on a unit on the 3rd floor, however, as this is my first home, I tend to be more cautious than usual.
Hope you guys can advise if there's anything untoward that's happened to any of the units on the 3rd floor the past year(s)? Or if there's anything I should take note of?

im surveying the environment as well, but shock to know that many units are put on sell. i and couldn't find any reason behind that. the best way to find out is to rent a place there for a year and you would have plenty times to study their pros and cons before deciding whether to settle down there or not.

B:Maxis fibre

which one would u recommend ?

i just checked with TM, unifi no port left in condo(block b) but he says maybe system not updated, so they will do a survey. Therefore I am just weighing my options here. Internet is critical for me . using for work and online gaming

In my opinion, the acess road to Sri Damansara from Damai will not be materialized.
Reasons being all the connecting land are privately owned. MPPJ needs to spend a lot of money to acquire the land to build the road. I do not see MPPJ has any interest for doing that.
Moreover, the developers will not acquire land which have direct contribution to their revenue.
Solely from the organizations' perspective.

Did you meant "PJU 10/5 A in Damansara Damai to Jalan SD 13/3 in Sri Damansara"? i though is already approved and the construction is already going on? saw the sign board

The whole SD residents protest and collected signatures to submit to mppj.
Usually the signboard is on the proposal by authority to seeks the feedback from affected residents. It's not a green light to build immediately
