Hi Guys,

am thinking of getting a ground duplex unit here but just want to ask those that also stays on ground floor whether

1)if heavy rain, got banjir or not? coz the ground floor unit when i survey the place , doesn't look like it has proper drainage system to ensure no banjir from the naked eye. Nowdays rains so heavy so im a lil bit worried with ground units

2)does the area smells weird? coz when i entered the block, it has a funny smell, a bit of sewage smell and other unknown smell.

I checked out block B which i heard is the newest block compared to A & C. I just worried the smell is permanent and if that is the case then Bummerrrr if i choose to buy a place there to stay.

Also anybody living on the ground floor? need some comments whether the place during heavy rain will have water coming in the house area (banjir)

How is the internet performance for

A:unifi
B:Maxis fibre

which one would u recommend ?

i just checked with TM, unifi no port left in condo(block b) but he says maybe system not updated, so they will do a survey. Therefore I am just weighing my options here. Internet is critical for me . using for work and online gaming
