Have you try change your address to TW region?
If still not working,have you try email them?

i email to their PR and their PR forwarded my mail to their support.
I quite surprise cause the support fix my problem is not from Blizzard but from gameFirst.

arrrrr this very very bad >.<

now i cant top up using MYcard,

every detail/password i just copy and paste and now it show me the password and detail is wrong?!!!!

On my Battle.net acc shows "(Expires: 1/1/2031 10:23 PM)" but dont show how many hours left like last time

it did tell u end of time and date of your subscription.....u want know how many hours u calculate yourself la

... the thing is I only bought 30 hours... how can it last till 2031???

download and install the wow mandarin client to find out how many minutes you have remaining.

One of the guildie able to fix the account problem and i will get him to share with us how to do it. Stay tiuned

my wowtw acct suddenly disappeared from my battle.net

but the same email and authenticator works fine .. 12 days of play left


any ideas?

edit: got a friend call the CS and after 30 mins, they got it sorted,

they said apparently my original email was tied to an US/EU acct
they changed it to another email and all is good
