i cant log in !!! stuck at authentication page ....

anyone using tunneler ultima?

i stuck at authentication page when using ultima then it dc...

something wrong with ultima tonight? or it just my connection problem..

cant use normal login as well, it stick at sicees page ...\

found out the reason already ,

SuperSock5cap is the reason behind the dc thing,

even if you still have 2 day before SuperSock5cap trial version expired, you will start experience the dc..
that what happen to me though.

**untill now i still face the problem stuck at login success page if not using tunneler during nighttime**

A)Using SuperSock5cap software

I found a way you can reset the 30 day trial. Make sure your Super Socks5Cap is not running.
1. On your start menu search bar or Windows Key+R, type in %appdata%.
2. Go to the folder NetworkTunnel, and delete the file supersocks5cap.lic.
3. Start Super Socks5Cap and you got another whole 30 days. Enjoy

pls notes my username name for wow US and tw are the same.

i email US blizz support, they ask me to contact blizz tw or install a tw version of wow.

now i get diffrent error message, previously was "credit expired"...

you are correct, we are not able to merge our wow tw account with new battle.net account.

it will display the "account already merge with another battle.net account"

i create a new battle.net account and use the taiwan trial version to log in to test it and i able to log in, so there is nothing wrong with our wow english client and the realism folder.

i isntall the tw version client as well to make sure, although it only install like 30% but i still able to login into wow tw using the new battle.net account. My old battle .net account still displaying the same error.

and don bother email to blizz US, they will ask u to refer to blizz TW, already email them 3 time and they came back with same asnwer.

Hi guys,

just want to update, i am able to login now.

how i solve the above problem? to be honest, i have no idea.

this is what i do .

1) i email US blizz support 3 times explaining the issue i encounter.
and 3 time they reply me to refer to wow tw customer support. ( i try login at the same time but still facing the same error)

2) i create new battle.net with new email, use the trial version and contact gm explaining my problem. (i still keep on loggin hoping they will do something to fix my problem)

3) i use the tw blizz support email tools and submit my problem there ( i have no idea whether they have receive or not because i never receive any notification email, if u use US blizz support mail tool, u will receive notification mail informing they already receive your request)

4) i install the tw wow client (i install only untill i able to click the play button)
i try login and i still get the same error.

5) i want to try my luck and see whether they fix my problem , i try login again using my old battle.net account and voila!! i able to login.

so the summary is i have no idea what they do how how this poblem fix... and nowo i able to login using US client.

my realism file still the same.

Hi Dota,

Have you try change your address to TW region?
If still not working,have you try email them?

i email to their PR and their PR forwarded my mail to their support.
I quite surprise cause the support fix my problem is not from Blizzard but from gameFirst.

arrrrr this very very bad >.<

now i cant top up using MYcard,

every detail/password i just copy and paste and now it show me the password and detail is wrong?!!!!

anyone experience this or it just me???
