After you done the one that hidden suggested, you need to change " SET locale "zhTW" " inside WTF\Config.WTF to " SET locale "enUS" "

To those who only see their US account, change your realmlist. Set the portal to tw and you should be able to login your tw account. Seems to be the case on mine.
