Try RHB Islamic or Maybank Islamic bank. Their rate is quite competitive.

If only you had waited another 2-3 months, you would have saved a few thousand in resale value. Pity.

yup I really want to wait actually, but last Raya Haji, my sis involved in car accident. she ok, but the car I assume -- total lost.So need new car urgently as she on going her Master at USM.

She interested to take my myvi as she knew my attention to get a new car "eh u can afford or not to pay the 550 monthly, I can help half of it " then my sis said "eh no need lah Along, I get 3k for my allowance " ------ blink.gif waa your allowance same like Along punyer gaji!

Eh skip it the drama, to make it short -- I just cant hold myself anymore icon_idea.gif furthermore I dont have any intention to sell it <-- perhaps!

Today receive sms from one of the SA that price will increase RM5K by next year for forte. Don't know if true or not.
Doesn't matter though, this car is so fine, I plan to use it for at least 7 years, by the time, resell value won't mean much.

How sure are u? U know why price jack up?

Naza invested in CKD equipments. Next year they will be building Forte CKD in Malaysia plant. Means there is not much pre-assembly done in Korea like now.
The existing Forte is 95% CBU from Korea, just some minor assembly in Malaysia.
Naza's CKD jig and other tools are ready by 2011 and they will CKD it in Malaysia so that means, build quality "might" not be as good as the current Forte.

And speaking bout waiting 2-3 months so can save few thousands on resale value, do u know when is the next batch coming out?
U think by January 2011 then you buy the car is considered 2011 manufactured car?
U need to wait at least until Mac/Apr only u get a 2011 built car. That 1 also not promised. Dealers will wanna clear all the 2010 cars first.

GDI is not coming in most prolly due to the Fuel Quality here in Msia. Singapore might get it.
But 6 speed is mostly confirmed already.

Hong Leong. Downpayment 15% then u can get below 2.8% interest.
I just submitted yesterday and tmr they will let me know.

Or PBB. Downpayment 15% then can get 2.8%.

But that all depends on your docs as well. If no bad record most prolly no prob.

I cancelled my order and jumped to another SA. That time the loan was yet to be approved.
If loan approve and u sign liao then dun think can run liao.

If u only signed the Vehicle Sales Order (VSO) but haven sign the loan from bank, u still can cancel.

yup.defect part..what is the use 5 years warranty if they dont even have heart to fullfill it.

5 years for us to keep on going to their service centre and get slaughtered?

i'm starting to doubt if i should keep my 5 years warranty..or go to mr. FOo for service
