QUOTE(kiaforteclub @ Oct 25 2010, 10:17 AM) i still searching very rare model i found a few models on the internet for G4FC engine ...some are used in hyundai i30,coz they are using the same engine as well our OEM is Champion Bosch i check no have.... Added on October 25, 2010, 10:20 am someone can help me get this nanoblock thing ? its 45 only rite ? pass to me next TT can ? ZFR5F-11 (NGK) FR8HDC (bosch) FQR8LEU2(bosch) RC9MC4 (champion) RC12MC4 (Champion) RC12MC5 (Champion) KJ 16CRU-11 ( denso) the pages say they are all compatible with each other, but i'm not too sure about it. I think most listed are just normal copper electrode plugs, not performance plugs. I'm looking for something like super 4 or bosch fusion or iridium for more power. u know la engine 1,6..car so heavy..cannot vroom vroom |

QUOTE(kiaforteclub @ Oct 25 2010, 12:31 PM) this was taken from SG Kia Club yup, i read about the iXUH22I in sg forum too, but i found something on Bosch australia web site.old info pls update as ppl based on book not real part inspection to recommend the only Denso Iriduim is IXUH22I for G4FC 1.6L Forte. other makes not yet get as they have close match but like IXUH22 case wrong spec when you look at actual unit. Added on October 25, 2010, 2:20 pmcalled Bosch confirmed no replacement for our model yet there are models compatible with G4FC engine . 1600cc. they quoted this : FR8DCX+ (normal use) FR8DPX (more power i guess) F3-4 (iridium fusion mode) i think we need to check the plug size, coz many company quoted 19mm long plug while many ppl says 26.5mm. If the plug is too long, it may damage the engine , if we use 19mm got any problem ? the plug is still in the engine rite? This post has been edited by bobbychin: Oct 25 2010, 02:32 PM |

QUOTE(XionCity @ Oct 29 2010, 05:41 PM) cnt.....the closest i think also 1.7x...almost 1.8.....but chances of damaging ur engine block is very high.. what i mean is replacing the 1.6 gamma engine with 2.0 theta engine. will it fit? so, no point....in order to achieve 2.0 power, as well add soft turbo/supercharge it.... but definitely will void warranty... 1.6 gamma with soft turbo sound ok too, how much to add soft turbo? |

QUOTE(XionCity @ Oct 30 2010, 01:15 AM) i agree with Adin...y nt juz buy 2.0?? mine is a spectra5 actually , no 2.0 version offered in malaysia. 2.0 only in USA market. that's not call change....that's called swap engine.... yes, can.....no problem....but i rather get 2.0 model instead of swap engine.... soft turbo? dunno the price... if they share the same mounting, and everything else is same, then i can swap with 2.0 lo .. btw, wat the thing 1.6 tuned to 1.8? mini kompressor? |

dashboard, the cracks started from the radio mounting..please check ur mountings...if the radio is inserted too tightly , cracks will be visible whitin 1 year or months, as the dashboard materials starts to give way.

QUOTE(Jenn77 @ Nov 27 2010, 07:04 PM) Fortezens, just notice my Forte (6 months old) just 7 days after 5k change engine oil from Jln. Tandang Service Centre, now its leaking engine oil! The spot is around an epal size. The whole week I didnt use the car so did not notice.. anyway will make appointment next week to check what's wrong and post some updates.. hope nothing major la.. good luck dude, jalan tandang full of monkeys there ..see my previous post or my post on dashboard cracked problem ..send to jalan tandang and get worse....Added on November 29, 2010, 9:03 am QUOTE(wind01 @ Nov 28 2010, 10:57 AM) yeap, my car is spectra5 and not forte..but from the pics..FORTE got about the same mounting on the radio area. maybe they use the same radio set as well. thats y i warned u guys to check the mounting properlyAdded on November 29, 2010, 9:06 am QUOTE(Kazuhito @ Nov 28 2010, 09:25 PM) Guys. I got a problem with my Forte. i didn go puchong SC before ..but Last 2 days my sister sent my Forte (because I'm busy with things, so I drove my sister's car) to Puchong's SC to have the 25k service. And on the evening, I took my Forte for a spin to check whether its a smooth driving. To my surprise, my car jerks (minimum jerk, I dunno what caused it) for quite sometime. I thot it was my engine idle timing, but thats not the case because the RPM didnt drop when it jerks. I give the car about 2 days (drive and pray la) to rectify the problem by itself, but nope. It still there. I checked my car's service report, and to my surprise (again) for the past 3 services, the SC uses 3 different lubricant (Synthium 800 (cost around RM98), 3000(RM100++) and another unknown name for the first service, cost RM200+). My questions: 1) Anyone experience this before? 2) Is it okay to use different viscosity of oil in each services? Any facts? 3) Should I bombard that SC for messing my car? This is the second time they mess with my car. (Last time it was the engine oil plug. The SC didnt tightened it, so my porch was flooded with lubricant. Went there, they replaced it, say sorry, and a set of porcelain by Petronas (u buy engine oil at Petronas, u get that free item.) I really pissed off right now. taman mayang ASC ..cheat my money kuantan's ASC ..broke my spark plug clips jalan tandang SC ... damage my dashboard apamacam? QUOTE(gagilang @ Dec 24 2010, 08:20 AM) I think most of us experienced the same. I was being promised to have my car done in 2 weeks times, but at last one and half month then i got mine. I bought coach tickets to travel back from JB twice to collect my car but end up i got nothing but lot of BS. I beh tahan n F them upside down and lastly, i got my car without giving any hopes on waiting time. Now i'm enjoying my ride and whacked 1.8k mileage within 2 weeks now. are you very sure with that 5 years warranty thing? i just sent out my tribunal court letter against NAZA KIA for not honoring their warranty today |

seems like warranty issues huh .... BTW good news ,
i went to tribunal court with KIA and court had ordered them to replace my dashboard without any charges within 3 days from the day of award. in their defence, they said they had offered to change the unit after i spammed their decision not to give warranty in few forums. So, lesson learned. SPAM ALL U CAN AND MAKE THEM NOTICE !!!! if you have gone through all the warranty booklet and still think urself is in the right place. TAKE THEM TO TRIBUNAL COURT AND F*** THEM UP THERE. I met their Assistant manager also, he say normal warranty issues will be handled by lower rank officers... he gave me his card as well, maybe u guys can call him up and report to him if u pek chek with the doings of lower ranks. his name is ROZILA ..its a man BTW. |

EWP is useless la fren
even NAZA's warranty is useless. everytime you try to claim something and they dont want to give it to u..they will use the 1 and only clause in the warranty booklet. please check ur warraty booklet, there is a clause which says NAZA had the rights not to replace ur parts after their officers had checked the car. BUT, the weird thing is..they'll never tell u what is wrong with it, and they wont give u a letter to explain it . My case its just a phone call and the operator tells u " tarak warranty due to secondary defect, cermin depan retak, pecah, tarak warranty " (AND I'm CLAIMING FOR DASHBOARD ->RETARD)... so its like they will give u warraty if they like, if not then no warranty . BUT also , luck is on our side..please SUE THEM IN TRIBUNAL COURT..like what i did. and get my parts changed. BTW.please spam in forums too . we would like to hear what other dirty tricks they are trying to use. |
