hmmm, strange, on my version can save... maybe u need to wait for version 0.1.2. Javi is hasn't added all the patches yet, as he like us has been busy with pr 1.3, but hopefully will have an answer for u soon.

the applications that you have told me to make a folder by using filebox..



inside the applications folder and nfsuc...


here...and ermm..might if i ask, i use the filebox to create a new folder, is correct right? then how do you transfer the nfsuc into the appliactions folder?? i straight away throw into the applications from my laptop's dekstop to the n900 appliactions folder by using cable. am i correct? edit:: and i did rename it from *com.ea.app.nfsuc* to nfsuc.

If no applications folder then u need to create it.

cd /home/user/
mkdir applications
cd applications
dump folder com.ea.app.nfsuc here
cd com.ea.app.nfsuc
chmod +rwx nfsuc
preenv
desktopgen appinfo.json

1) Your first problem is that you put the application folder in the wrong place. name = 'ken Min' should not be there. it should be /user/home/ . how come urs says kenmin/. you can't access ur root folder using original file browser of n900. U need to either have FileBox ( its an actual application u need to d/l from app manager , i wasn't referring to the inbuilt file manager) or Midnight Commander. I recommend Filebox, because it has graphical interface.

2) next you are not supposed to change the folder name lar bro leave as 'com.ea.app.nfsuc' the actual nfsuc game file is inside that folder. If u have root enabled and also preenv then you can cd ( change directory) into the 'com.ea.app.nfsuc' folder. u then chmod the 'nfsuc' file inside there, and then the game should run. try this first and see if u can get it running, before continuing to desktopgen part of the tuto

thx for the reply bro..i do have root access i think..because i just searched on app mng, typed root it shown nothing. lol i do remember that i have dl it because i dl almost all the thing from the *apllications that you mush have* will try it later bro.. stomach-ache gao gao...from morn till now...==make my temper goes bad==am i on period?== i dont see blood btw==

when i wanna update to PR 1.3 though FAP, it said not enough root space need to clear.

ok, looks like many noob users having trouble navigating n900 file system properly, but since i'm helpful, i'll make u guys an offer, if u all can agree to meet somewhere in damansara with a laptop, and can belanja me a milo ais. i'll show u in person, and install for u. Actually the installation process takes only 5-10 minutes if u already have preenv installed. if you all agree, please discuss among urselves and pick a place, then we can all meet at one time and solve problem. Mini TT lar.

same problem i got,try to retype the name on ur catalog,then should work.

some of u confused between FileBox application, and the file manager which standard in your n900 .

they are two separate programs. If u notice at the top there one says 'Filebox', the other says 'File manager' they are different, both can use to browse files, but only filebox has root access built in. Just becos u install rootsh doesn't mean that all ur application now can access root.
