FAPman = faster applcation manager...
app man = the default app manager that comes with the phone..

FAPman is totally different interms of Graphical Interface..it also can mark several applications that u wish to install..plus, it will automatically install any related dependencies..google search on "N900 faster application manager" to see a screenshot of it..

try installing tweak flash plugin..and if u dare,try to OC to 800-900mhz..but bear in mind that not all game in facebook can play in N900...

yes..the Staffs at NCC doesnt really know how to operate the N900..its good to hear that you will get the Replacement phone..

just demand that you want a replacement phone..u'll never know what will happen next with the next motherboard...

i sent my N900 to berjaya plaza NCC because of my wifi problem..they said they will upgrade the software..but i told them i've flashed (they dont understand flash,so its upgrade) numerous times, but it still the same..

i told them to check the antennae..they said have to leave the phone at NCC..i said ok laaaa..of coz laaa have to leave...

then, they didnt even bother to call me when its ready..i called them asking if the phone is ready for collection then they said yess...i was like.. "wtf,y didnt u inform me?"..they said "sorry sir..we are very busy"..i said ok la..

then,when i arrived, i asked the staff..what did they do to the phone?has the antennae been checked?to my surprise...they said they only upgrade software..so here goes the dialog..

me = what did u do to the phone?
staff = we have upgraded the software for you sir
me = didnt i tell u that i have already upgraded the software so many times?i asked you to look at the antennae..not to upgrade..
staff = after software upgrade, all ok already...
me = since u just upgraded the software, u didnt even bother to call me when its ready for collection??
staff = sorry sir..but the problem has been solved..

then i went back home..tested..still the same..sometimes can connect,sometimes dont..i was like fuk...they dont even have wifi connection at the centre for me to test.wasting my time/petrol..

any idea where is the most recommended NCC to go?

download and install petrovich..then in the sharing account setting, tab on facebook..

then when u want to share pictures,make sure u tap on the options,and select "medium" size..large files seem to give problem when uploading photo

yes..but i managed to get it working suddenly..then,tried again, it doesnt work anymore..looks like bug..it seems that the default driver has the ability to penetrate, bruteforcing and capturing wep/wpa passkey with non-client router/pc...but it took like the whole night to collect enough #data packet..but i think it just some bugs..

problem is even the wifi driver is open, backtrack team is having problem patching it..have yet to install neopwn..didnt have much time...

if you wish to try, think this one still works..i dont know if the author of the site has upload the .tar and dependencies somewhere else..

yes..currently, only fMMS supports mms..even if its a third party software,it does the job very well...

but beware, using fMMS doesnt charge you the normal way telco charges..it will charge depending of the image size..let say, normal MMS is 50cents, while using fMMS, if the image is 100kb, then 100 times the RM per kb..is it RM0.10 per kb?

APN = access point name..

i think the guide for fMMS on the front page is a bit outdated..because with the latest version of fMMS, we dont have to configure anything..it'll configure everything for us..i think..

but i didnt use fMMS anymore..

from the app manager my friend..refer to the front page for "repositories"..

try installing tweak flash plugin..

before you do that..

1. open app manager
2. go to download (given that you already add all repositories)
3. search "faster"
4. look for faster application manager
5. download it
6. after finish installing F.A.Manager, quit default app manager
7. open F.A.Manager
8. search for "tweak"
9. look for tweak flash plugin
10. download and install..
11. click the installed software
12. make sure it states "ANDROID, 10.1.61(froyo)"
13. tap "change" at the bottom
14. launch browser and facebook..then try playing it again

tap anywhere on the desktop, a "gear" icon will display on top of the screen, beside the status bar..click it..and there you go..you can remove any unwanted widget,shortcut,contacts or bookmarks with the small "x" on top right of each widget/shortcut/contact/etc..

what do mean remove it?u mean uninstall it?if u wish to uninstall,do it from the app manager..

please install RAW VIEWER if u want to view those pics taken..

or,when using fcam, swipe ur finger from top to bottom of the screen..it should take you into settings..find a setting that has to do with "save as .jpg" or something something something .jpg..

this guide was written specifically for neopwn..you have to do it manually because of its BETA stage..for nitdroid, the instructions are quite different..u can opt for automatic installation in AUTO INSTALLER FOR NITDROID..

be advised that using autoinstaller makes your world and life much easier than manually installing it..in programming language, capital letters and small letters have dfferent outputs..

it is for wireless security tools..it can be used to crack WEP/WPA2 passkey..useful for network security to monitor networks..

in other words, its a hacking for hackers wannabe-tools-dreams-come-true application..

i thought that we already have palm pre games on n900..u can also install palm os..and then running the game for palm..similarly to nitdroid..boot in android to play android games..
