Just to make sure...Can you check if your Intel has been updated to 2321 or 2281? In Intel Graphic, Graphic Properties, Options and Supports, Information Center... if you still using 8.15.10.2141, the upgrade is not successful...

Added on March 24, 2011, 7:46 pmHooraaaay! Im on 2281 now, Windows live messenger works perfectly with no crashes,

1.Uninstalled all graphic drivers from device manager ( windows )
2. Booted into safe mode
3. Driver sweeper to clean ATI folders / registries/files
4. Booted back to normal mode , installed the driver

Now working perfectly!

Though theres one thing i noticed it says direct x 10.0

Should i update it to DX11? is that why im having minor lags on lowest settings in bulletstorm?

It will update both your Intel(8.15.10.2281) and AMD (Catalyst 11.2)... tested by jedi_dc to be working! (thanks jedi_dc)

It seems that im unable to install directx SDK June 2010 without corrupting the Switchable graphics option lol.

How do i install directx 11 in that case?

Isn't the June 2010 is DX9 ?

FYI, my Intel menu also showing only DX10... I havent update the driver yet. Still using old driver... I think may be because Intel Graphic cant support DX11...

Running "dxdiag" will show you that you have DX11 installed (which is default in Win7)

ahh , i see, when i played bulletstorm , it looked like dx9 graphics, so i installed the SDK pack .

the changelog said its dx11 . when i installed it, it has dx11 settings as well

edit : turns out the intel error was because my driver signing was off

The driver signing off is most likely due to the Hybrid Driver you installed. I looked at the installer install.cmd



Looks like it added a new certificate into you notebook (??? duno why need to do that ???) and disable the checking for Signed Driver (ya, this one may be needed since this is a custom driver)... i duno if removing the cert and setting testsigning off will stop the driver from working... personally, i'd prefer if testsigning is off...

erm... not sure if this works to get my media keys 100% working with winamp,

1. kill lmworker.exe in task manager
2. use use media key on winamp

but the drawbacks is just that we need to start the process again in order to use other functions like bluetooth/wireless control
