Any Fuego owner here? I bought on the very first day and all documents signed. Yesterday SD send the first progress billing to me. However bank informed developer has not release the MOT, hence payment can't be disbursed.

Anyone else on the same boat?

"all documents" - more specific

you have to make sure you signed the MOT transfer, get lawyer to endorsed it which you will need to pay stamp duty for MOT to your assigned lawyer - fees around RM 100.00

need someone to confirm above. if payment cannot be made to SD, they will not progress your house? hahaha... new to this also

Gave Sime a call a while ago, turned out all Fuego buyer are facing the same problem.
The legal department promised to process the MOT by month-end. I was shock with this statement, if I don't call, they will not process it?

If no payment made, 10% interest for outstanding balance.

Note: All ground floor

Under renovation:
1) An office
2) An optical shop (beside hardware shop, rumor, not confirmed)

I've collect my Delmara S&P and pay the MOT last week, every week i need chase my SA to ask him about the S&P status.

No bro. Mine one stated: progress billing. It said
that the construction has reached 20% and asked
for settlement of another 10% within 21 wd.
How can as I just paid the mot which I only found out from another buyer, by right sd should call me to alert me. It may takes 2 months for bank to
pay to sd.
Anyway, heard that it happens to many buyers...
