Depending on how fast your lawyer settle your legal document I guess.

Mine all settled by October after constant follow ups.

December my bank already debited the second schedule of 10% to SD and starting to charge the interest.

I believe so. If they do post the letters (though I do not think all Saron owner's letters will be sent at the same time) to the banks, it will take 2-3 working days for the letters to arrive and the processing from the bank will take maybe another week or two. It would be faster if they fax all instead but I am not sure if they will do this.

I assume the keys will be given to us after 2-4 weeks. If they can expedite it, we would appreciate it biggrin.gif

Yes I do agree with you. The charges for the maintenance is not even stated properly in the S&P. If it is maintenance charges over 6 months for them to maintain before MPK takes over, then it is unfair to impose this cost to us as it is their responsibility to have all these sorted out with MPK in the first place. No explanation whatsoever!!

I will do some clarification of my own to them for this maintenance part and on the late charges that they owe to us. Based on the S&P, it is their responsibility to notify and do the needful until the keys are provided to us. The duration between the date after the end of 24 months and keys provided to us is the days of late charges owed to us.
