you could compare the price but if comparing the development, SA is always a better choice in terms of amenities, location, security and "feel" (personal preference) although i'm not vested in SA.

it does sound overpriced to me as well. but to give them benefit of doubt, let's just wait until the full specs are published then only we judge from there. maybe it has got a damn huge built up and high output capacity of solar PV (well the cost of solar PV is still quite high at this point of time unfortunately).
