Serdang is quite big. I think the flash flood is near the KTM there as I heard.. That's why now have to get a higher land place to stay like Bukit Serdang..

New lakefield is not selling at that price.. Last launches I saw all above 1 mil if not mistaken.

600k is for 1460 sq feet and low density and freehold. I wonder where he can find such new condo else where... It is almost same selling price psf is still around 410 psf nia...

I guessed the price is for big unit if not mistaken. psf price should drop between 400 to 430..

Yea, a bit of disappointment here, but I would have expect more development on that area, but not to expect something big like COG...
Anyway, It is hard to find very green view in klang valley today, no one can guarantee you what will be build near your place in the future... But I just hope that the park we have will maintain well and planting more trees and plants.. |

I think you guys better pay more attention on the final built quality instead of looking at those small variants of design and also how's the 2 arc of greens and jogging place..
