I would say Sanderson is putting in category more to family stay rather than rental playing ground like many high density condo. I went to see Setia Walk and Zest, you can feel the normal feeling of high density place of living. I never yet been into Sanderson, but from the pictures, it shows totally different world of living.. I might be wrong, but it is how I felt right now..
Anyway, we all property buyers and investors, we all wish to get a good product from developer. Don't think too much of selling price now before it is VP. If nothing goes wrong, a lot of property will continue to appreciate in term of price. In the near future, low density condo like this one will not easily available.

Heard some news from property so call guru, they speculate that property price will hit another height by 2018. They estimate 1k psf for condo price ( none prime). Landed will hit 2 mil and up (none prime). Iskandar price is most expensive I heard which will hit up to 7k psf... what do you think?

Sanderson offer different concept and lifestyle compare to many others ordinary condo. People always saying staying in condo is like staying in a bird cage. Well, this.is becoz most condo do not have big open space for them and their family to hang around.
Sanderson is low density and offers jogging or walking track where most condo don't have. So, for a.family to raise their child here, it should be a perfect living space. I do hope all owners will work together to make this place a wonderful living environment.

Good to hear that... Another news about the recent development at TPM. Seems like TPM will start develop their site again and bring in more IT people. Wonder how it will affect the housing there..
8/7/13. Star Paper on Technology Park Malaysia. 95% occupancy & 300 acres more for new development with Nasional Instruments Corp of Texas coming in. Chartered Bank's Scoop new building under construction now in TPM for RM250M , About 2,000 IT workers.
