No link. The land size is 5.9 arces, definitely can hold 400 units above 200+ units of shop..

All new housing projects at bukit serdang are gated and guarded... The access road from the park will join the road in front of sanderson. It's public road.

No need to guess too much now, got more access and also bigger road on existing one already a good news. By the way, City of Green project's got road proposal into TPM, I wonder how true they can really make this happen...

I believe you can, the retails there need business, more access into their area is much needed... Am I right? Hehe..
But I am very doubt the access into TPM from COG tho... I still not convinced that they can take this into reality...

I put more hope in getting the link to Villa Pavillion rather than this one... Hehe..

Possible. If the developer do not want to get the $$ 1st, they can choose not to ask bank for release $$. There is also possible that they haven't build to your level yet and they are not allow to ask for bank to release the $$.

If you want to buy, you are signing the special offer letter only, I don't think your bank will release any $$ until the VP.
How much do you guys estimate the selling price? Looking at the market now, i would say 380 psf to 400 psf? It should be an attractive price due to this property is low density condo.. Looking forward for all the new development there to make the place more nicer and link to Villa Pavillion become reality in coming few more years...

There are roads promised by MPSJ. I guess developer should follow the plans, especially the link to Villa Pavillion!! Will be able to skip all the light industrial area! Travel time from Sanderson to the Bukit Jalil Highway will cut into half. 3 minutes shall get you to the exit there... Really looking for it. MPSJ also planning to extend the main road in and out from Bukit Jalil highway to 2 lane in and out.. Looking to it 2... Hope MPSJ not only plan but take actions...

Be patient, the traffic there will be ease by all the new development.. Hopefully... Let's see:

1) MPSJ plans - direct link into Bukit Serdang from Kinrara.
2) MPSJ Plans - Two way in and out.
3) One South Project will open the link from Seremban Highway. That will make all the car divert into using this link instead of all go to the racehorse roundabout.
4) Link to Mex Highway from Seri Kembangan will also divert a lot of cars from there instead of all stuck to the racehorse roundabout.

Pray hard hard all these plans will ease the traffics there...
