I received few documents from the solicitor yesterday, with a piece of paper showing stamping from LHDN attached in each of them. My solicitor is Mah-Kamariyah

mostly if the project take up rate not access 80% the developer will delay the S&P process. Reason being is once signed mean the project must completed with 36 months.

wht the prize of sanderson compare to the z residence?......i think z residence will be better choice since gt 2 LRT station and i knw that the prize is from 355psf...

Z-Residence selling price is from RM320psf to now RM355psf and heard will go to RM400psf. If not mistaken Sanderson was selling for RM310psf. There is pros and cons between these 2. Z is high density but sanderson is low density. Location, z is having the advantage. So, if investment, I will go for z, if own stay, I prefer low density condo like sanderson.

My solicitor is Mah-Kamariyah.
And i got a progress letter in cc from developer of getting another 10% of the money from bank. Yet, i still haven got my Stamped Loan Agreement.

Haiz...this is how the solicitor work after they get all the payment. We have to always call them to follow up. mad.gif

my fren got 1 last 2 months. That time already sold out, just that he is lucky coz when he pay visit to showroom, ngam ngam got 1 buyer loan rejected, so my fren straight pay downpayment the next day.

am sure there are still "management unit" which they will put into the market after they completed the project at a considerable mark up from the pre construction selling price.
