Sifu crystal... look like you are the guy who most update with the progress for the Sanderson development. I had brought block A KL View, is it my unit will facing to the 2 block apartment behind there...?

all sifu.... just want to check with you guys... if we facing KL view mean that our unit will facing to Villa Park....?





Is it the condo in the picture showing above is Villa Park..?

The sales agent informed me that KL view are those units facing morning sun. Therefore i choose a unit which facing to KL view.

Crystal.... based on developer told you, there will be another access to Sanderson; which we don't need to pass by the light industrial area..?

Crystal....... i thought the whole land is for the Sanderson project only..?
is it this piece of land located beside the Sanderson land..?

Mean that this piece of land located behind the Villa Park right..?

Actually i had found another blog which is also discuss about the Sanderson development at the url address as below. If not mistaken, we are entitle free for the SnP legal fee for all the early bird package, therefore we only need to pay for the loan agreement fee and the disbursement fee which charges from the lawyer firm right...?

Me too, haven't receive the stamped Loan Agreement from the lawyer..... May i know which lawyer manage your Loan Agreement?

hi guys... just want to update Sanderson website had uploaded new work progress pic for August.

I went to the sales office for site visit, i heard that the penthouse selling for 1.3m.

ya...saw that progress picture at Sanderson official website. Hope that the work progress continue on this pace, then we all can get the house on time...
