seems like some of you signed the loan agreement quite late wor, after signing SPA, i signed the loan agreement the next week, which is like 1 month ago, so i've already paid the loan agreement fees almost RM2.8k (need to pay within 30 days after signing the loan agreement).

But then my banker called me...my signature is different in the loan agreement and my Maybank account, asked me to go back and change

Yea the lawyer will give u the breakdown of the charges after u signed the loan agreement, and u don't need to pay instantly, u got 30 days to find money hehe.

did u have to pay for the resigning?

i purposely assk the banker to delay giving the LO to the lawyer
if i dun have enuf cash, then i wil do lik what u mentioned
but hor, my fren, signed 2 months ago til now stil hvnt paid

Don't think i need to sign again, the banker asked me to go to change my Maybank account signature and let him know.
Wah salute to ur fren haha, i don't dare to try it coz don't wanna mess with the lawyers
