Afraid the unit too small to handle my 3 kids..but i love the concept
So havn't decide yet for investment or own stay..

this is my 1st time buying under-construction property.

why 1st time considered loaded..?
it takes more than 1 month for bank to approve my loan

tomorrow on my way to my folks in bangi, i will stop by at serdang to pay a visit at our future "home"

95% sold i guess.

usually how much is sinking fund?what's t difference between sinking fund and maintenance fee? (sorry, 1st time buying condo)

i ask mbb why took so long to approve my loan.
at t time i'm asking t question they said mbb in progress of increasing their quota to sanderson.
now, my loan oredi approved. yippieee!!
